Case Study 2

Your office has decided to record the amount of wait time that it takes prior to patients being attended to by the receptionist. There is a sign-in sheet at the front and the receptionists are required to note the time that they first have face-to-face contact with the patient. The time from sign-in to the point at which the receptionist attends to the patient is calculated and compared between receptionists on different days.
